Any preschool, elementary, or secondary teacher, guidance counselor, school nurse or librarian employed by Hazleton Area and Weatherly Area  are encouraged to apply for a mini-grant.

A proposal may be submitted by an individual teacher or a group of teachers who wish to collaborate on a project. Collaborative proposals are encouraged.  Applicants for all collaborative projects should designate one teacher as the project leader. All communications will be directed to this teacher.
